Steve Palmer has a long history of working in a variety of roles in the business world. Steve began their career in 2001 as an Administrator and Human Resources Manager for SummitQuest Academy. In 2008, they took on a dual role as Marketing Manager and Parts Operations Manager for Pennsylvania Truck Centers, Inc. In 2010, they founded Social Media Consultants of Lancaster as a Consultant. In 2012, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Locally.fm. In 2013, they served as a Mentor for The Iron Yard. In 2014, they became the Enterprise Account Executive and Sales and Partnerships representative for Knack. In 2017, they founded Rock Candy Coworking as the Founder. Throughout their career, Steve has been responsible for a variety of tasks such as developing and maintaining relationships with key enterprise customers, managing customer relationships post-sale, sales support, sales enablement, inbound and consultative sales, enterprise sales and account management, partnerships, budget development, fiscal management, policy and procedure development, regulatory compliance, business expansion, recruiting and retention initiatives, HR and Personnel Policy Development and Implementation, personnel management, compensation, payroll, and benefits administration, conducting presentations, and managing social and digital media marketing channels.

Steve Palmer attended Arcadia University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Art Therapy. Steve then returned to Arcadia University from 2007 to 2008 and obtained an MBA in International Business.
