Andrew Lee has a diverse range of work experience, with roles in various companies and industries. Starting in 2005, Andrew worked as a Mobile Interop Verifier at Nortel, where they were responsible for ensuring the compatibility of cellular networks with different vendors' devices. In 2006, they served as a Functional Analyst at Research In Motion.

From 2007 to 2008, Andrew held positions as a Research Associate at the University of Toronto and an IT Administrator for CSG at Ceryx. Andrew then transitioned to the role of Graduate Researcher at the University of Toronto, where they worked until 2010.

In 2008, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Biomaterials Science and microfabrication, completing the program in 2011.
