Jack Steele

Jack Steele has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jack has been working at Knak since 2017, starting as a Lead Template Developer, where they were responsible for coding front-end landing page templates and HTML email templates for clients. Jack also provided support and oversaw all aspects of email development. Jack later became a Senior Software Developer and is currently a Software Engineering Team Lead at the company.

Prior to their time at Knak, Jack worked at Revenue Pulse as a Lead Developer from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they were an Account Producer at Guestfolio from 2015 to 2019, managing multiple hotel accounts and designing marketing emails, a mobile concierge app, and surveys for clients. Jack also provided consultancy on email marketing best practices and online up-sell techniques.
