Alan Watson is a manufacturing leader with over 28 years of experience in engineering and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at Knapheide since 2024, Alan previously held the role of Director of Manufacturing for Gasoline High Pressure Fuel Pumps at Robert Bosch LLC from 1995 to 2024, where they oversaw operations and engineering for critical automotive components. Alan’s expertise includes gasoline and diesel fuel injectors and pumps, and they have a strong background in employing Kaizen and Lean principles to enhance production efficiency. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, Alan has also facilitated international collaboration and secured significant contracts throughout their career.
