Henry Branham

Henry Branham, CSWE, has extensive experience in military instruction and product design. As Chief Instructor for the Motor Transport Operator MOS Reclassification course in the United States Army National Guard, Henry oversees training compliance with TRADOC regulations and manages instructor performance. With roles ranging from Senior Instructor to Team Leader, responsibilities have included ensuring the welfare and readiness of soldiers and conducting classes on military truck driving. Concurrently, in the civilian sector at Knapheide, Henry serves as Senior Designer I, leading design initiatives for specialty products and training new hires in design programs. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Illinois University and has prior experience in construction and process improvement.
