Mandar D. Dighe

Mandar D. Dighe serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Knapheide, where responsibilities include leading global sales, marketing, communications, product management, branding, and channel training for a leading North American work vehicle solution provider. Previously, Mandar held various roles at Eaton Corporation, including Director of Field Sales, Service, and Marketing, where significant revenue growth of $1.6 billion in the NAFTA commercial vehicle market was achieved, and Manager of Business and Market Development for Light Duty Transmissions, focusing on global marketing and product strategies. Mandar's earlier experience includes a role as Acquisition Integration Manager at Eaton and Project Engineer for Occupant Restraint Systems at General Motors. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master's in Manufacturing Management from Penn State University, where Mandar was also President of the QMM Students Association.
