Stephen Hellam

Stephen Hellam is a seasoned maintenance manager currently at KNDS UK since 2025. With extensive experience in production and engineering management, Stephen previously held key roles at G&J Greenall as a production shift manager and at Morrisons Manufacturing as an engineering manager. Their background also includes significant positions at The HEINEKEN Company, Diageo, and Quintessential Brands Group, where they focused on operational excellence and asset care. Stephen's early career featured a pivotal role as shift electrical lead at Carnaud Metalbox and experience in team management at Tetra Pak. Stephen completed technical training at the Royal Air Force technical training school and graduated from Westleigh high school.
