Aidan Caddle has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 with Crossflow Ltd as a Refrigeration Engineers Assistant/Fitters Mate. In 2004, they worked as a Cashier and Protein Department Assistant at SUPERVALU, and also as a Warehouse Worker and Distribution at Mentor Books. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Vodafone in various roles including Outbound Fixed Line Sale/Care Representative, Outbound Mobile Sale/Care Representative, and Vodafone Customer Care Representative – Bill-pay and Pre-Pay Desk. In 2020, they worked as a Software Application Engineer at Bizquip Limited, where they were an expert on all aspects of Laserfiche (Enterprise Content Management Software) and other complementary technologies, cloud and on-premise. Aidan provided consulting and support to the sales force as well as prospective clients, and answered technical questions via email, conference calls and web presentations. In 2021, they worked as a Frontend Developer & IT Specialist at Computech, and in 2022 they are currently working as a Customer Technical Support Engineer at Kneat Solutions.
Aidan Caddle has a long and varied educational history. In 1998, they completed their Secondary School at St Benildus College. From 2004 to 2005, they attended FÁS Ireland. From 2005 to 2006, they completed a Certificate in Interactive Media at Senior College Dun Laoghaire. In 2006 to 2007, they earned a Diploma in Interactive Media from the same college. From 2016 to 2018, they studied Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster at Griffith College Dublin. Aidan also earned a Diploma in Advanced Web Dynamics from Griffith College Dublin in 2017 to 2018. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Udemy in Introduction to Cloud Computing on Amazon AWS for Beginners in January 2022 and Linux Administration Bootcamp: Go from Beginner to Advanced in December 2021. Aidan also obtained a certification from Duolingo in September 2016.
