John Egan

John Egan has been working in the software engineering and IT industry since 1995. John began their career with an internship at Cameron and then went on to work at Symantec as a Release Lab Engineer, Senior Release Lab Engineer, and Technical Services Manager. In 2007, they joined Loyaltybuild as an IT Manager and was promoted to IT Director. In 2018, they began working at ACI Worldwide as a Software Engineering Manager, where they managed a large and diverse team of technical professionals. In 2021, they joined Kneat Solutions as a Software Development Manager.

John Egan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick between 1993 and 1997. In 2004, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)². In 2010, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
