Michael Downey has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Michael began their career at Ivici Software Ltd as an IT Systems Analyst. In 2008, they moved to Kerry Group as a Business Systems Analyst, where they were the primary IT point of contact for HR systems and had specific responsibility for Time and Attendance & Access Control systems. In 2012, they joined SYNCREON as an IT Solutions Analyst, collaborating in all stages of the design, build, test and implementation of new warehouse management and supply chain systems. In 2017, they moved to Dell Technologies as an IT Product Manager - Trade Compliance and IT Product Owner - Reverse Logisitcs. Most recently, they have been working as an IT Product Owner with Kneat Solutions since 2020.
Michael Downey graduated from the Limerick Institute of Technology in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
