Mo Brar has held various roles in the engineering and research field since 2012. Mo began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012. Mo then moved on to MilliporeSigma as a Chemist in 2014. In 2016, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2018, they joined RSR Technologies as a Process Engineer. In 2019, they worked as a Process Engineer for both Alcami Corporation and Sterling Pharma Solutions (formerly Alcami). Mo Brar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2010 and 2013. Mo then went on to complete a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2015 and 2017. In 2018, they obtained a Black Belt - Lean Six Sigma (LSSBB) from the Management and Strategy Institute. In 2022, they obtained a Kneat Academy Power User certification from Kneat Solutions.
