Birgit Latein has extensive work experience in human resources and personal development. Birgit started their career in 1997 as a Referentin Personalentwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement at Hurrle Klinik GmbH, where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2008, they worked at Paul Hartmann AG, first as a Ref. Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung (1998 - 2003) and then as Ref. Personalbetreuung (2003 - 2008). Since 2008, they have been the Human Resources Director at Kneipp GmbH.
Birgit Latein attended the University of Regensburg from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in psychology (Diplom-Psychologin).
