Ralf Moritz

Ralf Moritz's work experience includes positions at Kneipp, iWelt, and s.Oliver Group. Ralf is currently serving as the Head of Information Management at Kneipp since 2021. Prior to that, at iWelt, they held various roles such as Leitung Projektmanagement & Consulting from December 2019 to September 2021, stellv. CISO (Chief Information Officer) / Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter from August 2015 to September 2021, Leitung Projekt & Produktmanagement eCommerce from January 2014 to December 2019, and Senior Projektmanager from October 2011 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, Ralf worked at s.Oliver Group, where they held positions such as Teamleader eCommerce - Order Systems from May 2010 to September 2011, Teamleader eCommerce - Business Portal from October 2007 to April 2010, Process & Application Consultant from August 2004 to September 2007, and Projektmanager Neue Medien from November 2001 to July 2004.

Ralf Moritz attended AKAD University from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Wirtschaftsinformatik (Dipl.). Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended IHK Würzburg and pursued studies in IT-Systemkaufmann. In terms of additional certifications, Ralf obtained the following qualifications: RE@Agile Foundation IREB from Certible in May 2019, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2018, Human-Centered Design: Prototyping from IDEO.org in August 2018, and Marketing Management auf B2B und Service-Märkten from ESMT Berlin in November 2012. Ralf also acquired the certification of PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2021. There are several pending certifications including ISO27001 Informationssicherheits Management from TÜV Süd, ITIL v3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, SAPEP Enterprise Portal from SAP, SAPIRT - SAP for Retail from SAP, and Senior Leadership Programm from Neuland Partners for Development & Training GmbH & Co. KG.
