Rui Lin

Rui Lin is a Machine Learning and Human Factors Researcher specializing in the development of AI frameworks that incorporate large-scale, multi-modal human data. Rui's work focuses on enhancing system performance and user experience, particularly in VR simulations and autonomous vehicle safety. They served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley from 2020 to 2022 and were a Visiting Researcher at Stanford University in 2017. Currently, Rui works as a Senior Software Engineer at Kneron since 2025. They hold a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, a PhD from Tsinghua University, and are pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
