Oded Forer

Oded Forer is a Member of Parliament and currently serves as the Chairman of the Absorption and Diaspora Committee, as well as the Chairman of the foodtech and agritech lobby. Previously, they held the position of Minister at the Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development from 2021 to 2023 and were a Member of Parliament from 2015 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Forer served as the Director General at the Israel Ministry of Aliyah and Immigrant Absorption and held various roles in the Ministry of Education and the National Culture and Arts Council. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at IDC Herzliya, a Master's degree in Political Communication at Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Reichman University.
