Our Commitment to Excellence

At Knight Division Tactical (KDT), founded and led by Michael Schulz and Matthew McCalla, our commitment to excellence in the Private Security Contracting industry sets us apart as the epitome of precision and reliability. Steeped in the aesthetics of a clandestine agent from the highest echelons of the military, KDT represents a fusion of sophistication and tactical prowess. Our dedication to excellence is not merely a slogan but an unwavering standard that permeates every aspect of our operations.

As we expand our team, we are offering unique opportunities for individuals to join us as Account Executives or Private Security Contractors, both pivotal roles within our organization. Whether engaging in the art of sales or executing security operations with the utmost proficiency, every member at KDT adheres to our Code of Virtues. This code serves as the backbone of our company, outlining a set of principles that each team member wholeheartedly commits to, ensuring a cohesive and principled approach to our work.

What sets us further apart is our commitment to fair compensation. We pride ourselves on offering our contractors an exceptionally competitive rate that stands unmatched in the industry. Beyond the allure of our mystique, we are dedicated to recognizing and rewarding the exceptional skills and commitment of our team members.

At KDT, excellence is not an option; it's an expectation. We believe in setting the bar high and continuously raising it. Our commitment to unparalleled quality defines the essence of Knight Division Tactical. Join us in upholding these principles and be a part of a team that redefines excellence in the Private Security Contracting industry.
