      The original company, Knight's Septic Tank, was founded in 1969 by President, Michael E. "Bud"​ Knight.  Since then the company has grown to include Knight's Redi-Mix, Knight's Precast, Knight's Trucking, Knight's Pumping, Tekna Corporation and Sovereign Steel.  Together, these seven divisions of the business are what makes Knight's Companies unique and successful.
