Stephen Ruch has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. In 2020, they worked as a Help Desk Analyst for Ingles Markets, Inc., where they provided technical support on computers, handheld scanners, registers, fuel stations and various other POS devices. Stephen also worked as a Premiere Service Technician for Support.com, where they provided technical support on computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, Smart TV’s, and IoT devices. In 2006, they were Manager of Flight Scheduling for L3Harris Commercial Aviation. Currently, they are Fleet Operations Specialist (NOC) for Knightscope, a position they have held since 2022.
Stephen Ruch attended Seminole State College of Florida from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA. Stephen then attended the University of Central Florida from 2015 to 2018, where they studied Computer Science. In May 2004, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
