Mike Snow

Mike Snow currently serves as the Director of Platform Operations at Kno2, a position held since October 2020. In this role, Mike spearheads enhancements in platform observability and supportability, collaborates closely with the InfoSec team to uphold security standards, and leads root cause analysis initiatives that foster continuous improvement. Additionally, Mike oversees software release management to ensure high reliability and performance. Prior to Kno2, Mike held various positions in the private and public sectors, including Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Program Manager, and IT Manager, with experience in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, and software engineering. Mike began a career in software development that spans over two decades, following an education at Boise State University from 2001 to 2009.
