Sylvan Lee

Sylvan Lee has over 20 years of work experience in accounting and financial services. From 1996 to 2000, they were a Senior Staff Accountant at GKN Securities. Sylvan then worked as a Financial Services Manager at Gruner and Jahr, Subsidiary of Bertelsmann, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Business Loan Express, where they were promoted to manage accounts payable and staff after six months on the job. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Senior Staff Accountant at SoundView Technology Group, where they assisted with due diligence process. From 2004 to 2008, they were a Senior Staff Accountant at Soleil Securities, Group, where they implemented migration to new G/L platform and assisted in 10Q and 10K reporting. Finally, from 2008 to present, they have been an Accounting Manager at Knoa Software, where they are responsible for preparation and issuance of monthly financial statements, annual audit and tax package, accounts receivable, expense report processing and compliance, annual budget preparation, analysis of results by cost center/department and variances to budget, month end expense allocations, due diligence preparation for multiple venture capital financing rounds, semi-monthly payroll and annual 401(k) compliance reporting with Insperity PEO, and accounts payable.
