Customer Success Manager Tier II at Knock

Julia Fox has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Julia began their career as an intern at the Alabama Coastal Foundation in August 2016, where they gained valuable experience in the environmental sector. In May 2018, Julia joined The Boat Rental Company as the Head of Rentals, where they were responsible for managing the rental operations for the organization. In January 2019, they transitioned to Knock® CRM, starting as a Customer Success Manager and steadily progressing to more senior positions. Julia served as a Customer Success Manager from January 2019 to December 2020, before being promoted to Senior Customer Success from January 2021 to April 2021. Julia then took on the role of Customer Success Team Lead from April 2021 to November 2021. As of November 2021, they currently hold the position of Customer Success Manager Tier II at Knock® CRM. Throughout their career, Julia has developed strong customer service, leadership, and management skills.

Julia Fox completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Spring Hill College, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In February 2020, they obtained the certification for SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn.
