Mark Pavone

Mark Pavone is the Founder and Managing Director of Knocknock, a peer-to-peer rental platform that champions collaborative consumption and sustainable living. They oversee all stages of the business lifecycle, including product development, platform design, commercialisation strategy, partnership development, and customer acquisition. They held multiple leadership roles at Brisbane Boys’ College from 2016 to 2018 (Sportsmaster, Director of Athletic Development, and Director of Volleyball) and served as Head of Co-curriculum there from 2019 to 2024, in addition to being Director of Sport at Sydney Boys High School from 2009 to 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Education (Secondary Education and Teaching) with First Class Honours and majors in Health and Physical Education and Business from Queensland University of Technology (2003–2006).
