Jakob Hedlund

Jakob Hedlund started their work experience in 2014 as the founder of NolleKollen, a service for university committees in Sweden. Jakob provided an easy and flexible way for organizers to create their own app from a login on the website.

In 2016, Jakob worked as a Product Experience Designer at Techstars, a global ecosystem for entrepreneurs. Jakob worked closely with 10 startups in the FinTech sector, providing full-stack design work, consulting on design strategy, and producing UX/UI redesigns of their digital products.

Later in 2016, Jakob joined Cuvva, one of UK's most disruptive InsureTech startups, as a Product Experience Lead. Jakob led and developed the user experience team and product roadmap, aligning them strategically for business success. Jakob was also responsible for the product design.

In 2017, Jakob worked at Bontouch as a User Experience Designer for a brief period.

Finally, in 2018, Jakob co-founded Knodd and became the CEO. Knodd is a digital family center that provides accessible and trustworthy child healthcare through video consultations with experienced health professionals. The app acts as a hub for children's health, offering personalized tips and guides for parents.

Jakob Hedlund's education history began in 2012 when they enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology. Between 2012 and 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Design Engineering. In 2015, they took part in exchange studies at the National University of Singapore, focusing on Industrial Design. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2018, Jakob returned to Chalmers University and successfully completed two Master of Science (MSc) degrees, one in Entrepreneurship and Business Design, and another in Industrial Design Engineering.
