Heather Doshay currently serves as a Partner and Head of Talent at SignalFire, where the firm utilizes an AI engine named Beacon to address the needs of founders. Previously, Heather held the role of Managing Director, People + Talent at Knoetic and served as an advisor at PeopleTech Partners. At Webflow, Heather was the first executive hired and successfully expanded the People department significantly. With a diverse background in human resources and talent management, Heather has been recognized in various media outlets for creating exceptional workplace cultures and has received multiple awards, including the BambooHR Culture Hero Award. Heather's academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and Writing from UC San Diego, a Master’s Degree in Adult Learning and Higher Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Doctor of Education in Organization & Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
