Tiffany Fields

Tiffany Fields, SHRM-CP, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Stride and is a member of CPOHQ, a premier community for Chief People Officers. With extensive experience in human resources, Tiffany has held various leadership roles, including Head of People & Culture and Director at Exyn Technologies, as well as Human Resources Manager at GLOBO. Previous positions include HR People Partner and HR Generalist at Monetate, Talent Acquisition Manager at Open Systems Technologies, and HR Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Checkpoint Systems. Tiffany began her career at Wegmans Food Markets and completed HR internships at Resources for Human Development and the Urban Affairs Coalition. Tiffany holds educational credentials from Villanova University and Temple University.
