Previously, they served as Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice Chair at Academy Mortgage Corporation, achieving significant revenue and profit growth. Mike also has a strong background in brand management, having worked with major companies such as PepsiCo and The Coca-Cola Company. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and an MBA in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
