Mark Harburn is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT security and support roles. Currently serving as an IT Security Architect at Knorr-Bremse since April 2017, Mark provides global IT security support. Prior to this, Mark held various positions at Knorr-Bremse, including Senior IT Support Analyst, focusing on IT infrastructure and business needs. Mark founded and operated Computer First Limited, a commercial IT service company, for over 12 years, catering to clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations. Mark's earlier roles include CEO of Profileheaven.com, where Mark led a thriving social networking site, and serving as an external consultant for Symbios Group. With a strong foundation in IT from the University of Sunderland and practical experience as a team lead, Mark has developed a comprehensive skill set in IT management and support.
