Ben Smith

Ben Smith is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Knotch. Ben has previously worked as the Global Vice President/General Manager of Experience Management Solutions and the Regional Vice President of Sales in the Northeast for Verint. Before that, they were the VP of North American Sales for Enterprise Feedback Management at Vovici (now Verint). Ben started their career as an Account Executive at Perseus|WebSurveyor.

Ben Smith completed a BA in Economics with a secondary concentration in Spanish from Bates College. Ben also studied Spanish and Economics at Universidad de Salamanca. Ben attended Wellesley High School.

They work with Andrew Bolton - SVP, Chief Customer Officer, Tamika Bryant Cromer - SVP, Legal & HR Affairs, and David Brown - SVP, Head of Strategy. Ben Smith reports to Anda Gansca, Co-Founder & CEO.
