Knotts Bakery is a family‑run bakery and café with five locations across Northern Ireland. Since 1979 we have blended traditional baking craft with modern convenience, serving fresh breads, pastries, savouries, coffee and custom celebration cakes in‑store and online.
Our in‑house team prepares each product by hand using quality ingredients. Beyond the counter, we provide reliable catering for corporate events, funerals, christenings and family gatherings, and supply wholesale baked goods to retailers across the region. With approximately 100 employees, Knotts combines local roots with the scale to support businesses and communities.
We’re proud of our heritage and excited about the future of baking in Northern Ireland.
