kNOw Limits Foundation™ exists to prove that a zip code or background should never define a young person's future. We are bridging the gap between potential and opportunity.

We aren't just dreaming of change, we are measuring it:
▪ 100% employment placement rate for student participants in our work-based learning program
▪ Student interns completed 120+ hours to earn an Arizona Department of Education CTE-recognized credential in Construction

Our kNOw Limits™ strategy focuses on four critical pillars of success:

KNOWLEDGE: Educating students through a structured college and career curriculum, with a focus on measurable growth in financial literacy.

NETWORK: Building a powerhouse of active industry mentors to provide professional guidance and navigation to students.

OPPORTUNITY: Securing employer partnerships to provide high-access experiences like internships and job shadowing for youth.

WORKFORCE: Supporting students in workforce readiness, ensuring our students secure employment or postsecondary placement.
