MC Fabros

MC Fabros has extensive work experience, starting in 2009 as a Student Trainee for The Judge Advocate General's Office in the Armed Forces of the Philippines. They then joined Reed Elsevier Philippines in 2011, where they held multiple roles including Quality Analyst and Operations Supervisor in Primary Law. In these roles, MC demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and meet SLAs. They also played a key role in business transitions and acted as a main contact for stakeholders. In 2021, MC joined Knowable as an Operations Manager.

MC Fabros completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from San Beda College from 2006 to 2010. In addition, MC Fabros obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Green Belt certification from Reed Elsevier Philippines in March 2017, and a Yellow Belt certification from the same institution in March 2016.
