Andrea Izzo

Andrea Izzo is an IT Governance Manager with over three years of experience leading governance for HR technology platforms and more than 15 years as a Project Manager specializing in HCM processes and platforms, including Workday, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors. In 2021, they served as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini and held the position of Information Technology Governance Manager at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa, where they managed HCM-related projects and coordinated teams and external providers. Andrea began their career as an ABAP Developer at Exprivia, and later worked as a Service Delivery Manager and SAP HR Consultant at T-Systems. They hold a Laurea breve and a Laurea in Scienze e Tecnologie Informatiche from Università degli Studi di Bari.
