Alex M. Smith, PMP, SACP, has extensive experience in journalism, project management, and innovation. Currently serving as an Innovation Manager and Project Manager at KnowBe4 since November 2018, Smith previously authored a book on the greatest football games in Southeastern Conference history for Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group between August 2016 and November 2018. Smith's background includes significant roles in sports journalism with Cox Media Group, Major League Baseball, and various other media outlets, where responsibilities encompassed reporting, content creation, and event production. Smith holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 2014.
