Alyssa Roels, aPHR has a range of work experience across various industries. Alyssa is currently working at KnowBe4 as the Global Talent Operations Team Lead. Prior to this role, they held positions at KnowBe4 as a Snr. Team Expansion Administrator and Team Expansion Administrator. Alyssa also worked as a Reservations Intern at Kitty Hawk Kites, Inc. Alyssa has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Excel Electric Inc and the Calvin College Career Center. Additionally, they worked as a Guest Service Representative at the Prince Conference Center and as a Corporate Operations Intern at Speedway LLC. Earlier in their career, Alyssa held positions as a Waitress at Twisted Rooster, a Server/Hostess at Arnie's, and a Cashier at Jets Pizza.

Alyssa Roels, aPHR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business - Human Resources from Calvin University between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended NorthPointe Christian High School from 2000 to 2015. Alyssa also holds an additional certification as an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), obtained from HRCI in October 2023.
