Andy Reed

Andy Reed has extensive experience in the managed services and technology sectors, currently serving as Managed Services Supervisor and previously as Managed Services Team Lead and Engineer at KnowBe4 since January 2018. Reed has acted as a Subject Matter Expert in security awareness, guiding Managed Services engineers and clients through best practices while managing projects and developing training content. Prior roles include Sales Engineer positions at both Champion One and Afinety, Account Executive at Vector Solutions, and a Talent Representative at Kforce Technical Staffing. Reed's foundational experience also includes IT support roles at NFL Network and Q-Lab Corporation, complemented by a BA in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
