Becky Stapella

Becky Stapella has extensive experience in customer success and human resources. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) at KnowBe4 since April 2021, Becky has held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Success Director (SMB) and Customer Success Team Manager (Tech Touch). Prior to this, Becky worked at Comfort Keepers as a Human Resources Manager, implementing metrics to measure applicant qualifications and managing onboarding and training programs for over 100 employees. Earlier experience at Chicago Tribune Media Group as an Account Manager and Account Planner included maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and receiving prestigious awards for excellence in sales performance. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Leadership Communication from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts in Organizational Communication from Elgin Community College.
