Carolin Kroenert

Carolin Kroenert has extensive experience in sales and business development. Carolin currently holds the position of Vice President Sales EMEA at KnowBe4, a role they started in January 2024. Prior to this, from October 2021 to January 2024, they were the Senior Director of Sales for the DACH region at the same company. Before joining KnowBe4, Carolin worked as a Business Development Manager at top itservices AG from February 2021 to June 2021. From November 2018 to January 2021, they held the position of Associate Director of Sales - EMEA, APAC, LATAM at Study Group, a leading provider of international education. Carolin's earlier roles include Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager positions in the Middle East & North Africa region at Cambridge Education Group, where they also served as an Admissions Coordinator from July 2011 to March 2014.

Carolin Kroenert holds a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, which they completed from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating between 2006 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Carolin has obtained several certifications, including "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google in September 2021, "Microeconomics" from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, "The Science of Well-Being" from Yale University in 2021, and "Cloud Practitioner Essentials" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020.
