Chad Brigadier is an experienced graphic design professional with a strong background in e-learning and multimedia design. At KnowBe4 since June 2020, Chad has advanced from Graphic Designer to Courseware Graphic Design Manager, focusing on developing engaging educational content. Prior experience includes serving as a Multimedia Designer at Bisk, where Chad created e-learning courses for prominent universities such as Michigan State and Notre Dame. Earlier roles include a Graphic Design Internship at Animal VFX and contract work as a Character & Layout Artist for The Fred Rogers Company, contributing to animated projects for children. Chad began a career in customer service as a Lumber Associate at The Home Depot, supporting customers with DIY projects.
