Char Ford

Char Ford is an experienced customer success professional, currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4 since June 2020, where responsibilities include consulting on strategies for customer objectives related to the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption.
