Daniela Bache

Daniela Bache has an extensive background in human resources and people operations. Daniela is currently working at KnowBe4 as the Senior Director HR for Europe/Africa/Brazil, a position they began in May 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of People Operations DACH at KnowBe4 from April 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining KnowBe4, Daniela worked at micropsi industries as the Head of People Operations. In this role, they were responsible for leading the human resources function at the robotics software company. Daniela held this position from May 2020 to March 2021.

Daniela also has experience at Outfittery GmbH, where they held various roles. Daniela served as the Team Lead People Operations from January 2019 to April 2020, Senior HR Manager from March 2016 to December 2018, and Interim Team Lead HR & Office Management from January 2017 to June 2018.
