Danielle Schoeman

Danielle Schoeman is an experienced instructional designer currently working at KnowBe4 since May 2022, where responsibilities include planning and creating online learning solutions and applying instructional design principles. Prior to this role, Danielle served as Course Work and Content Manager at Popcorn Training Pty Ltd from August 2017 to May 2022, overseeing the creation of interactive Security Awareness training modules and managing client implementation projects. Danielle's career also includes significant positions at NXT Digital Innovation as Business Unit Director and Head of Social Media, focusing on digital marketing and client services, as well as previous roles at Popimedia and Quirk. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Cape Town.
