Dedric Roberts

Dedric Roberts, CISSP, serves as an Advanced Support Engineer at KnowBe4 since April 2019, acting as the final escalation point for support requests and developing policies for support technicians. Previously, Dedric worked as a Tech Support professional, addressing escalated technical issues and collaborating with teams to resolve challenges. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Security Analyst at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, where responsibilities included managing access levels, implementing security measures, and conducting audits. Dedric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Development and Management with a focus on Information Security Assurance and an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming and Analysis, both from St. Petersburg College.
