Dillon Guinn

Dillon Guinn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, customer success, and recruitment. At KnowBe4 since August 2018, Dillon has held roles as both Account Manager and Customer Success Manager for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, a leader in IT staffing and services, from April 2017 to July 2018. Dillon's career began in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Control Specialist from April 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities included regulating air traffic and training apprentices. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, with a focus on Business Administration and Human Resource Management, from Park University, completed in June 2017.
