Ed Bodey

Ed Bodey serves as the Senior Director of International Legal at KnowBe4 since January 2025, contributing to the company's global expansion and the integration of Egress into KnowBe4. Bodey is also a Tech GC Charter Member, participating in a peer community for technology general counsels. Previously, Bodey was the Group General Counsel at Egress Software Technologies, where key accomplishments included leading legal negotiations for acquisitions and certifications. Starting a legal career at Burges Salmon LLP, Bodey has held various positions across notable companies such as Lloyds Banking Group and Foot Anstey LLP, earning recognition for expertise in commercial, IT, and intellectual property law. Educational credentials include an LLB Hons. from The University of Manchester and a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law.
