Eric Howes

Eric Howes has extensive experience in threat analysis and research, currently serving as a Threat Analyst at KnowBe4 since January 2016, focusing on the research and analysis of new email threats and identifying opportunities for feature development. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Threat Researcher at ThreatTrack Security Inc. from November 2004 to November 2015, where responsibilities included researching and testing malicious files and domains, maintaining URL blacklists and whitelists, and developing targeting policies for antivirus products. Eric holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Virginia.
