Gwen Pollack

Gwen Pollack is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, training, and management. Since November 2018, Gwen has served as the Product Executive Operations Manager at KnowBe4, where responsibilities include coordinating the Chief Growth Officer’s schedule, maintaining the company org chart, and ensuring project compliance. Prior to this, Gwen owned and operated LuLaRoe Gwen Pollack, achieving significant sales growth and successfully recruiting and mentoring team members. Gwen's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at MGE Management Experts, where event planning and travel coordination were key duties. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include operating Gwen's Custom Cakes, and a foundational role as Lead Classroom Instructor at FCDC, demonstrating effective team leadership and support for student success.
