Isida Drake

Isida Drake is a seasoned professional in the eLearning and educational content development industry, currently serving as the SVP of Courseware Services at KnowBe4 since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the integrated platform for awareness training and phishing simulations. Prior to this role, Isida held several positions at nThrive from May 2016 to February 2019, including Director of Technical Production, where extensive involvement in managing external partnerships, courseware accuracy, and content quality was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes roles at Precyse, LLC. as an Interactive Developer, where custom eLearning courses were developed, and as a Teacher at Pinellas County Schools. Isida holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from St. Petersburg College.
