Jaclyn Turko

Jaclyn Turko is an experienced Information Security Analyst at KnowBe4 since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing monitors in OpenSearch, reporting on internal penetration testing, and monitoring internal system security. Jaclyn previously held roles as an Advanced Support Technician and Core Support Technician at KnowBe4, focusing on resolving customer issues and handling complex escalations.
