James Hood

James Hood has a diverse work experience in the sales and marketing field. James started their career at PRS Guitars in 2011 as a Regional Sales Manager and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined Mesa/Boogie as a Digital Marketing Manager. After that, they worked at DatStat as a Business Development Manager for a brief period in 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at KnowBe4, initially serving as a Regional Account Manager and later promoted to VP of SMB Sales in April 2022.

James Hood received their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business between 1993 and 1998. James also holds a certification as a Security Awareness Certified Professional from H Layer Credentialing, obtained in 2021.
