James Johnson, MBA, SACP, is a seasoned professional in technical writing and instructional design with extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects. Currently serving as Technical Writing Team Lead at KnowBe4, James oversees documentation quality and team processes while previously contributing as a Senior Technical Writer and Senior Courseware Technologist. Prior to KnowBe4, James held various roles at Bisk Education, The Nielsen Company, and Sunbelt Software, focusing on research strategy, curriculum development, and efficient content delivery. James holds an MBA in Internet Marketing from the Florida Institute of Technology, a BA in English from the University of Central Florida, and an AA in Business from Saint Petersburg College.
